Principles of processing and protection of personal data

If you are my customer, news subscriber, or visitor to the site, you are giving me your personal information. I am responsible for their protection and security. Please be aware of the privacy, policy, and rights you have in connection with the GDPR (Privacy Policy).

I process your personal data as an administrator, that is, I determine how the personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long I choose and which additional processors will assist me with the processing.

I declare that, as the administrator of your personal data, I comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (formerly referred to as the “Regulation”), and that:

• I will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, namely the legitimate interest, performance of the contract, legal obligation or consent,

• I comply with Article 13 of the GDPR Information Obligation prior to the processing of personal data,

• I will allow you and I will support you in the exercise and enforcement of your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

I process personal information you entrust to me for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

• Providing services, the performance of the contract

I need your personal information (billing information and contact details, name, email, phone, address) for the performance of the contract (eg. personal, telephone and email consultations, escorts, seminars, etc.). In addition to data from web forms, also data provided through personal contact, telephone, e-mail or other means of communication (sms messages, skype messages, email, FB messenger) are processed in order to fulfill the contract.

 Bookkeeping

If you are my customers, I need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents.

1. Common Personal Data We Process:

Name, surname, address, e-mail, IP address, cookies, information about ordered services, personal information communicated during individual sessions or seminars, photos from my seminars.

2. Specific categories of personal data (“sensitive” personal data) that I process with your explicit consent:

In individual sessions, clients share and communicate some information about their health status (current or past physical, psychological state). I further archive these data in view of the nature of the service I provide (over the months) for archiving and processing in connection with clients for answering their inquiries. In anonymous form, I share experiences with other clients and those interested in products and services and for the statistics of accompanied births for České Duly organization. Similarly, participants are sharing information about their health status on live seminars/events, this information isnot archived or further processed, they are used only for answering questions and explanations for other participants.

I retain your personal data for 5 years unless the law provides for a longer period of time to preserve it, or I have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

COOKIES

When you browse my web pages, I record your IP address, for how long you stay on the page and from which site you come from. I consider the use of cookies to track web site traffic and customize my website views as my administrator’s legitimate interest because I believe I can offer you better services then.

Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data, because you can disable cookies on your computer in the Internet browser.

Who do I use for processing?

Google Analytics, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The collected cookies are subsequently Google Inc. in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/#nosharing.

Facebook Pixel, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. The collected cookies are then processed by Facebook Inc. in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the https://www.facebook.com/full_data_use_policy

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

According to the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right:

• ask us for information about the processing of your personal data

• request an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data

• request us access to these data and update or correct them

• request us to delete this personal data – this deletion will result in the termination of the negotiation of the contract, if not yet fulfilled

• in the event of any doubt as to the fulfillment of the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection. I will be glad if you first inform me about this suspicion, so I can do something about it and correct any mistakes.

Additional information

SERVING THIRD PARTY PERSONAL DATA

For certain specific processing operations that I can not provide by myself, I use the services and applications of processors who specialize in such processing and are in line with GDPR. I am making a written contract with the processor, in which the fulfillment of the personal data protection obligations is arranged to keep your data safe.

In particular, it is a provider of data storage and software applications and services:

  • Google – Google Analytics, Google Disk, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar
  • OneDrive
  • Trello
  • JotForm
  • MailChimp

I may decide to use other applications or processors in the future to facilitate and improve processing. However, I promise you that in such a case I will treat the processor with at least the same security and processing requirements as we are on our own.
